Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lonate Pozzolo, near Milano, Italy. In this role, you will coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals by working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide internal customer support for the sale of consumables to the aviation industry for both OEM and MRO usage
- Manage an international customer base from order receipt to payment, ensuring agreed services are fulfilled
- Process orders and administer deadlines in coordination with materials management and shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveries
- Communicate regularly with customers about order status and coordinate changes
- Monitor returns and process complaints with internal teams like Quality Assurance and Procurement
- Be the first point of contact for customer escalations or claims, resolving issues efficiently
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sector
- Prior experience in after-sales or order resolution in a customer-facing role
- Fluent Italian to communicate effectively with external customers and internal teams
- Intermediate English skills to navigate our systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools, particularly SAP and Salesforce
- Proficiency with the MS Office package, especially Excel
- Familiarity with working for an international customer base
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones and manage competing priorities
- Enjoyment of daily customer contact and working independently

Salary range: EUR 32,200 – EUR 46,000
