Join Marks & Spencer as a Christmas Customer Assistant in Operations at The Galleries Washington. You'll play a crucial role in keeping the store running smoothly, focusing on stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working flexibly across the store to meet demands
- Using digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the shop floor remains full, clean, and ready for customers
- Adapting quickly to changing priorities, including early morning deliveries and late stock shifts
This role requires:
- Physical stamina for a demanding, fast-paced environment

- Teamwork and adaptability to support colleagues and meet goals
Working hours vary, but may include Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Due to operational needs, you may be asked to work full-time hours during certain periods.
