Primary Care & Spec Sales Consultant - St. Louis North, MO

As a Primary Care & Spec Sales Consultant in St. Louis North, MO, you will implement sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and drive launch activities for an anticipated menopause product launch.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Building professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff
• Driving demand, clinical education, and sales through strategic business planning
• Collaborating with internal partners, such as Marketing and Market Access, to drive US Pharma outcomes
• Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans
• Providing relevant input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning
• Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists
• Understanding customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
• A proven track record of consistent high performance in sales
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record

In terms of compensation, you can expect a salary between $120,960 and $181,440, plus additional benefits such as healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
