Description
Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. You'll be working through the night, specifically:
- Week 1: Mon 22:00-06:00, Fri 22:00-06:00, Sat 22:00-06:00
- Week 2: Sun 22:00-06:00, Tues 22:00-06:00, Wed 22:00-06:00
A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver five-star service at pace
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment
This is a part-time, temporary role, working through the night. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
