We are looking for an Electrical Master (Elektromeister:in) in Recklinghausen.
Your tasks:
- Project management in the office
- Coordination and monitoring of internal project processes
- Material ordering and control as well as price comparison
- Scheduling and control
- Coordination with construction managers, customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Support with calculation, performance records and billing
- Creating offers
- Checking incoming and outgoing invoices
- Disposition of employees
- Analysing and monitoring project costs
- Target/actual checking of projects
- Creation of project-related documentation/revision documents
- Support for commercial and private customers
Qualifications:
- Further training as an electrical master (HWK) - mandatory requirement
- Safe handling of technical documents (plans, diagrams, specifications)
- Knowledge of VOB/B, ideally also VOB/C
- Experience in cooperation with planning offices, general contractors and public clients
- Experience in project processing/project management in the electrical sector (at least 2-3 years)
- Knowledge of offer calculation and material management
