Floor Lead (Retail) (Part-time)

Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join their store leadership team at their Yorkdale location. The Floor Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by upholding exceptional customer service standards, fostering team development, and ensuring seamless execution of daily operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and promoting services offerings such as piercing and engraving
• Leading by example and validating the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Maximizing results and achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Participating in inventory management, order fulfillment, and storage organization
• Supporting visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards
• Building healthy relationships with team members and establishing a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment
• Adaptable with excellent organization and analytical skills
• Critical thinking ability to identify potential challenges and develop action plans
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
