Chef de Rang - Mayday Bar

We are seeking a Chef de Rang to join our team at the Red Bull Hangar-7 in Salzburg, a unique architectural location housing a collection of historical aircraft and Formula 1 racing cars.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Providing expert advice and support to our international guests
• Leading their own station
• Delivering exceptional beverage and food service according to our internal service standards
• Preparing daily mise en place
• Maintaining high hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Completed gastronomy training
• Excellent product and specialist knowledge
• Minimum age 18
• Outstanding communication skills
• Well-groomed, confident, and friendly demeanour
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility, resilience, and reliability
• Proficiency in German and English
