Customer Experience & Operations Intern - Summer 2027

Electronic Arts is seeking a Customer Experience & Operations Intern for the summer of 2027. The intern will work on a project to improve the premium care experience and operations, reporting to the Manager, Premium Care Programs.

Responsibilities:

• Design a pilot program to test a new operations improvement within Premium Care
• Build and manage a project plan, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Analyze pilot results to understand the impact on customer experience and operational performance
• Develop and present a final recommendation that summarizes the results and impact of the pilot

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2027
• Experience using data to solve problems
• Experience planning and managing projects
