Global Digital Innovation Manager

Logitech is seeking a Global Digital Innovation Manager to lead transformative initiatives across direct-to-consumer, retail, and eTail channels.

As the Global Digital Innovation Manager, you will drive Logitech's global eCommerce strategy execution, enabling best-in-class customer experiences, fostering innovation, and scaling operational capabilities across markets.

Your Contribution:

• Lead innovation projects and roadmap: Spearhead key innovation projects from concept to completion, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless execution post-launch.
• Lead Rating & Reviews / UGC enablement initiatives: Maximize the capabilities and utilization of R&R/UGC solutions across direct-to-consumer channels.
• Lead Guided Selling & Configurator Initiatives: Maximize the capabilities and utilization of guided selling and product configurator solutions across direct-to-consumer channels.
• Enable the Roadmap for AI-Enabled Experiences: Support the development and adoption of key AI-enabled experiences across global and regional teams.
• Enable Local eCommerce Excellence Execution: Monitor local rollout and execution of eCommerce strategies across DTC and eTail channels.
• Elevate Team Capabilities: Actively manage and mentor a team of digital innovation specialists.

Key Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience in Digital, Product or eCommerce roles, ideally with global or regional scope.
• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading or influencing geographically and culturally diverse teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global and local teams.
• Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiations, and project management.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce trends, platforms, and customer experience optimization strategies.
