Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Brent Cross, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued
- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to meet customer demands
- Adapt to changing store demands, working across various areas as needed
The role involves working part-time hours on Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays from 18:00-22:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours during peak periods in December.
