Agile Delivery Manager Maternity Cover - 14-month FTC

We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to join our Technology team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. The successful candidate will be embedded in our World Class Shopping community, enabling the team to collaborate and harness best practices to work efficiently.

As Agile Delivery Manager, you will:

• Define and embed suitable agile practices, tools, and techniques to improve team efficiency
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and best practices
• Ensure effective collaboration, communication, and prioritisation within the team
• Coach team members on agile techniques and approaches
• Work closely with Product to prioritise work through the backlog
• Implement scrum of scrums to support multiple delivery streams
• Coordinate delivery of key roadmap initiatives with teams across the business
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to align and coordinate teams
• Proactively manage dependencies and remove blockers
• Define clear project plans and update on progress and key risks

You will work with:

• Head of Delivery
• Tech and Systems team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Manager
• Recognised Scrum Master certification
• Broad knowledge of Agile Frameworks and techniques (e.g., Scrum, Scaled Agile, Kanban)
• Proficient coaching and facilitation skills
• Outstanding skills and knowledge of servant leadership, conflict resolution, and continual improvement
