We are looking for an experienced HR professional to act as a trusted Business Partner to management and employees across our CEE operations. This role combines strategic HR partnering with hands-on operational involvement, supporting the business through change, growth, and regional complexity.
How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities)
- Act as a strategic HR partner to line managers, advising on people decisions, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Support employee lifecycle processes across several CEE countries, ensuring consistency and compliance with local regulations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align HR practices with business needs
- Contribute to regional HR projects and process improvements
- Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and talent development
- Be actively involved in HR administration and payroll-related processes, with a solid understanding of how these operations work
- Analyze large volumes of payroll and HR data to identify trends, draw conclusions, and flag potential risks
- Translate data into actionable insights on budget impact, forecasting implications for management
- Own accurate HR documentation, contracts, and personnel files, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work confidently with payroll and HR data
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Robust experience in an HRBP role, preferably with production/manufacturing experience. This experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Experience in a similar HR generalist / business partner role, ideally across multiple markets
