Logistics & Sustainability Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Logistics & Sustainability Intern to join our team in Itajaí, Brazil.

As a Logistics & Sustainability Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sustainability and logistics operations. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our logistics sustainability agenda, including analysing CO2 emissions, collecting and processing data, developing indicators, and identifying opportunities to reduce environmental impacts and increase operational efficiency
• Optimising our distribution network by analysing routes, volumes, costs, vehicle occupancy, load consolidation, and evaluating new logistics models
• Monitoring Order to Cash (O2C) processes, tracking orders from placement to delivery, and identifying opportunities for improvement to reduce bottlenecks and rework
• Preparing reports, presentations, and analytical studies to support decision-making, continuous improvement, and logistics and sustainability initiatives

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Be currently enrolled in a university degree programme with an expected completion date of December 2028 or later
• Be available to work in a hybrid internship model
• Have intermediate Excel skills, including dynamic tables, formulas, and data processing
• Be interested in Power BI or other data visualisation tools
• Have basic knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Be interested in sustainability, ESG, and emission inventories
• Be comfortable working with quantitative data and organising information from different sources
• Have intermediate English language skills (fluency not required but highly desirable)
• Familiarity with SAP, TMS, WMS, Power Query, SQL, or automation tools is a plus, but not a requirement
