Associate - Branch Service

Prudential Health India is seeking a Branch Service Associate to join their team in Mumbai.

As a Branch Service Associate, you will handle day-to-day branch functioning, support sales, manage premium collection, and interact with customers and distributors.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing branch operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Supporting sales teams and contributing to business growth through cross-selling and lead generation
• Providing excellent customer and distributor service
• Implementing process controls to mitigate risks
• Driving adoption of digital platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute
• Basic understanding of the financial services industry and branch insurance operations
• Experience in managing insurance operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer expectations
• Strong customer and distributor service skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the health, life, general insurance, banking, or NBFC sectors
• Demonstrable experience in improving customer experience through well-managed operations
• Proven track record of succeeding in complex business environments
