Customs Specialist

We are seeking a Customs Specialist to join our team at the Red Bull Global Headquarters in Elsbethen, Austria.

As a Customs Specialist, you will be responsible for all customs-related processes along our international supply chain. You will ensure that international customs regulations are complied with, monitor complex relationships, and contribute to efficient and compliant management of our global goods flows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customs-related processes and independently handle all in-house customs matters
• Ensure compliance with our customs compliance guidelines, keeping regulatory requirements in mind and identifying optimisation opportunities
• Support project implementations and actively drive process optimisations
• Provide advice to internal departments on customs law issues related to our products, ensuring smooth import and export operations

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, customs, or foreign trade, ideally in an internationally active company
• Knowledge of customs and tax law, with a strong interest in developing in this area
• German and English language proficiency
• Proficient in MS Office applications and ERP systems (SAP GTS and MIC knowledge is a plus)
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking, with structured working methods
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• P36 customs specialist certification is a plus
