Experienced Composite Laminator

We are seeking an experienced Composite Laminator to join our team in Wellingborough. As a leading carbon fibre engineering company, we supply customers worldwide with composite solutions for various industries, including Formula One, Aerospace, Automotive, and Medical.

The successful candidate will assist with the laminating of components and tooling across a range of industry sectors, sizes, and complexities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laminate and tool a broad range of products
• Check information on drawings for clarity
• Verify route card instructions for accuracy
• Contribute to process improvements for quality and efficiency
• Maintain equipment and ensure the department is kept clean and tidy

Requirements:

• Attention to detail
• Motorsport/Automotive experience
• Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
• Good understanding of engineering drawings
