Procurement Enablement Lead

The Procurement Enablement Lead will lead the procurement program at Mixpanel, managing a team of two and overseeing organizational spend, vendor value, procurement processes, and risk minimization. The goal is to build a world-class procurement program that supports business partners across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a team of two, coaching them on skill-building, career growth, and day-to-day performance.
• Lead complex procurement projects, setting priorities and anticipating challenges.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, such as FP&A, Security, IT, and Legal.
• Build strategic relationships with key vendors and technology partners.
• Promote a culture of innovation on the team, identifying opportunities to improve outcomes through better processes and AI.
• Provide procurement process training for Mixpanel employees.
• Shape and communicate a compelling vision for the procurement team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience as a Procurement Specialist or Procurement Manager.
• Experience working for SaaS companies and with vendors.
• Experience with procurement improvement initiatives.
• Strong data management and analytics skills.
• Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships.
• Effective communicator and team leader.
• Adaptability, agility, and resilience.
• Professional polish, with experience presenting to the C-suite.
