Senior Solutions Architect (Singapore)

As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Singapore, you'll join GitLab's Asia team as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners across the region.

You'll guide organisations through their digital transformation journeys, using your technical and AI expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs.
• Driving the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value ownership, and workshop design.
• Collaborating with Account Executives and the broader go-to-market team to shape and execute account strategies.
• Building and deepening relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders.
• Advising customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices.
• Serving as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment platforms.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations and design workshops.
• Clear technical communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Mandarin language skills.
