HVAC/R Coordinator

As a HVAC/R Coordinator at 3M, you will install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and air handling equipment.

Responsibilities include:

• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC/R systems
• Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and servicing the equipment
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
• Responsible for air quality systems from installation to end-of-life by performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED or higher
• Three (3) years of experience as a HVAC/R technician in a private, public, government or military environment

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical degree/diploma or higher in Robotics, Automation Technology, Industrial Robotics & Automation, Robotics/Automated Systems Technician, or other multi-craft technology program
