Director, IP Licensing

The NVIDIA Legal team is seeking a Director, IP Licensing to manage IP licensing matters.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the legal team and executive team on IP licensing matters.
• Manage pre-litigation activities relating to IP licensing.
• Negotiate licenses.

Requirements:

• A J.D. degree and license to practice law in California.
• 10+ years of experience in U.S. federal IP litigation.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong written and oral advocacy.
• Great judgment and management skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Technical expertise in computer hardware and software.
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
