Compensation
The base pay for this role ranges from $239K to $342K, with equity offered. The actual salary may vary based on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

About the Team
The Startup Growth team builds systems, programs, and automation to enable OpenAI to win startups at scale. The goal is to make it faster and easier to turn high-potential growth ideas into repeatable, measurable GTM motions.
About the Role
As the GTM Growth Programs Lead, you will own the shared capabilities that enable Startup GTM to incubate, launch, measure, and scale growth programs. You will initially focus on credit and commercial programs, using this work to build reusable infrastructure for a broader portfolio of GTM motions.
Responsibilities
- Build the GTM program platform for Startups: Develop shared infrastructure, tooling, and agentic systems that turn growth opportunities into scalable programs
- Own credit and commercial programs: Drive credit/commercial strategy and evolution while turning capabilities into reusable building blocks
- Create a repeatable path from idea to scaled motion: Turn growth objectives into targeted, operationalized, measurable GTM motions
- Build leverage throughout the team: Enable teams to incubate and own programs independently
- Develop shared measurement and experimentation frameworks: Establish common approaches to sizing, economics, attribution, experimentation, and optimization
- Establish durable cross-functional ownership: Drive dependencies across teams and establish clear accountability
Requirements
- Can turn a priority growth objective into a targeted, measurable GTM motion quickly
- Experience with credit and commercial programs
- Ability to build and grow high-impact commercial structures
- Understanding of program economics, experimentation, attribution, and performance measurement
