Ticket Agent Event Staff

We are seeking part-time ticketing event staff to work on event days selling tickets to customers via the Provenue ticketing system. You will handle will-call requests, provide exceptional customer service, accurately balance cash drawers, and develop a working knowledge of Martinsville Speedway pricing, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Sell tickets to customers via the Provenue ticketing system
• Handle will-call requests

Qualifications:

• Proven job reliability and strong work ethic
• Ability to take and follow direction
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong computer skills
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Preferred qualifications include event staffing or ticket sales experience, flexible scheduling during events, previous cash handling experience, and reliable transportation to and from Martinsville Speedway.
