Description
We are seeking a Staff Platform Manager, Payments Regional Growth to lead our payments platform strategy and execution in Latin America, focusing on Brazil, Mexico, and the broader region.
The successful candidate will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for regional payments, prioritizing across regulatory, growth, and platform work. They will optimize checkout and conversion, grow through local payment methods and affordability products, and drive the full product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining product requirements for processor and payment-method integrations
- Leading regulatory and compliance workstreams
- Tracking KPIs across conversion, cost, reliability, and revenue
- Partnering cross-functionally across Engineering, Design, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Compliance/Legal, Partnerships, and Country teams
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of product management experience, a strong track record building and scaling payments or financial products, and deep understanding of the payments stack.
In return, we offer a competitive salary range of $153,333.33-$191,666.67 MXN per month, plus benefits, equity, and Employee Travel Credits.
