We are launching HLC NextGen – Insight and Impact!, an exclusive and innovative internship programme starting in spring 2027. This six-week programme runs from 22 February 2027 to 19 March 2027 and offers a mix of practical experience, innovation, and personal development in close collaboration with our legal-tech company ELTEMATE.
You'll work alongside experienced lawyers and get hands-on experience with real client projects. Our programme focuses on future topics like Legal Tech and Artificial Intelligence. You'll have the chance to contribute to shaping the future of legal consulting.
Our programme includes:
- Kick-off event, social events, and numerous networking opportunities
- Interactive soft-skill workshops on topics like personality development, feedback, and job application training
- Specialist lectures from our experienced lawyers
- Weekly Legal English sessions
- Regular, structured feedback to help you develop your skills

To apply, you should have:
- Completed the intermediate examination in law
- Very good English skills
- Engagement, teamwork, and analytical thinking
- Interest in international business law and complex client work
