Description
Electronic Arts is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to support the Global Planning organization through disciplined execution of demand planning and integrated business planning processes.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, process discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization.
Responsibilities:
- Co-lead business-side testing and UAT readiness for Anaplan Demand Planning
- Perform and coordinate reconciliations, logic testing, and issue resolution across systems and reporting layers
- Support implementation and testing of planning tools
- Serve as part of the testing team for system integrations
- Support governance of standardized metrics and reporting rules
- Help validate revenue-related data, logic, and outputs used in planning and revenue management processes
- Support the continued expansion of the Knowledge Layer as a trusted foundation for planning metrics, reporting logic, and business insights
- Validate outputs with business users
- Support QBR/QMR, launch, live-service, and quarterly planning moments
- Use the existing Knowledge Layer design to support Lumina Phase 2 A/B and related reporting needs
- Reduce duplicated reporting logic and reliance on offline files
- Support governance of standardized metrics and reporting rules
- Support the development of an AI-enabled Knowledge Layer experience
- Partner with Technology team, XO AI, EAIT, and business stakeholders to test AI chat and natural-language query capabilities
- Validate whether users can get accurate, explainable answers for common planning questions
- Identify where the AI experience can reduce manual follow-up, repeated data pulls, or ad hoc explanation requests
- Document examples, prompts, known limitations, and use cases
- Keep final business judgment with the Planning teams
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage recurring deadlines and execute consistently in a fast-paced planning environment
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization with global stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and surface issues early
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Tableau, Demantra, Power BI
- Ability to work across multiple data sources and validate data consistency
- Ability to use technology to improve processes and reduce manual work
- Comfortable creating structured decks, templates, and reporting files for business stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, or related field preferred
- Relevant experience in sales analysis, demand planning, commercial operations, business planning, or financial/reporting support
