As an Assistant Store Manager at Coolblue, you will be responsible for the store in Breda, along with the Store Manager. Your daily tasks will include improving store processes and leading a team with enthusiasm, focusing on growth in NPS and commercial results.
Responsibilities:
- Efficient handling of in-store processes, such as cash handling, safety, administration, shelf planning, and proper use of systems.
- Driving improvements in processes by analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights.
- Leading, coaching, and guiding a store team to improve performance daily through involvement in recruitment, feedback conversations, and personnel development discussions.
- Inspiring your team to achieve and exceed goals, including high NPS scores.
- You will also contribute practically to set a good example.

Qualifications:
- Minimum HBO level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role in retail.
- Experience with management tasks, including coaching colleagues and handling HR tasks.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to develop optimizations and convince stakeholders.
- Excellent command of Dutch (written and spoken).
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong affinity with consumer electronics.
