Description
The Senior Director, Enterprise Performance & Strategy Finance is a senior finance leadership role responsible for helping define how Electronic Arts plans, prioritizes investments, and measures enterprise performance.
Operating at the intersection of Finance, Enterprise Performance, Corporate Strategy, and Business Operations, this leader will architect and evolve the financial operating framework supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Key responsibilities:
- Lead Finance's partnership with Enterprise Performance to design, govern, and continuously improve EA's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.
- Lead enterprise investment prioritization and capital allocation, establishing financial frameworks, business case standards, ROI methodologies, and investment recommendations.
- Serve as Finance's strategic partner to Corporate Strategy, providing financial modeling, valuation, scenario planning, and financial insights.
- Develop enterprise financial planning frameworks that standardize operational planning, business case methodologies, financial thresholds, performance metrics, and governance.
- Lead financial consolidations and planning operations for the Experiences organization.

Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide planning, transformation, or strategic finance initiatives.
- Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and capital allocation expertise.
- Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, planning processes, and governance.
- Ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
- Outstanding communication and executive storytelling skills.
