Head of Agency Proposition and Experience

We're seeking a Head of Agency Proposition and Experience to drive growth and engagement across our agency network.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing strategies to drive scalable productivity growth across the agency
• Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality activation campaigns and contests to improve agent performance and MDRT achievement
• Providing deep understanding of agent and leader behaviours, insights, and motivation drivers to inform data-driven decisions
• Creating a differentiated end-to-end experience for agents and leaders that drives engagement and retention
