Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT Audit to join our team in Shanghai. As a Senior Manager, IT Audit, you will be responsible for assessing the effectiveness of controls in information systems and related procedures to ensure compliance with AIA policies, procedures, and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify key risks at the local level for each entity, considering relevant strategies and business environment.
- Develop the annual audit plan, considering key risks identified.
- Plan, lead, and execute audits within China, evaluating the adequacy of Information System-related controls.
- Prepare audit reports and lead discussions with management on issues and remedial action plans.
- Facilitate issuance of audit reports to management.
- Follow up on outstanding audit issues and monitor timely completion of agreed remedial actions.
- Contribute to the development of the team through coaching, training, and providing feedback to junior staff.
- Liaise with the control community and other company members to implement an effective system of internal control.
- Develop rapport with business unit management through regular communication.
- Provide professional advice and insights to management.
- Take the initiative in improving self through training.
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the Head of China IT Audit.
Requirements:
- University degree in IT or Computer Science (or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of IT audit, Information Security, or solid technology risk management experience.
- Certificate holder of CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
- Strong understanding of IT controls and risks.
- Strong understanding of local regulatory requirements.
- Deep understanding of emerging information technologies such as AI and cloud computing is preferred.
- Prior audit In-charge experience is preferred.
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese.
- Experience in presenting audit issues to Senior Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of audit tools and software such as data analytic tools and MS Office.
- Good team player with strong analytical, written/verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changes quickly and multi-task.
