Industrial Fluid Services Coordinator

We are seeking an Industrial Fluid Services Coordinator to join our FUCHS Smart Services team in Bucyrus, OH. You will be responsible for the care and maintenance of our client's industrial fluids, including coolants, wash and other fluids. Your role involves facilitating daily meetings with the customer team, maintaining inventory, inputting data, generating performance reports, and communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and document daily meetings with the customer team to review safety initiatives, potential non-compliance, daily team objectives, and individual roles.
• Maintain inventory of chemical products and place order requisitions based on consumption trends.
• Input data daily and generate performance reports.
• Analyse process data to identify trends, outliers, and corrective actions.
• Communicate actively with customers, the team, and other stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
• Drive improvement projects based on trends and data analysis.
• Participate in Quality Audits with Support Personnel and assist/follow up in completion of Audit/Corrective Actions.
• Occasionally perform hands-on work as required, including sampling, testing, lift truck operation, etc.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree and/or Supervisory Certification in an Industrial or Laboratory Field.
• 3-5 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment related to lubricants and/or laboratory testing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as standard operating procedures, blueprints, safety manuals, and write routine reports or customer correspondence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to solve problems while working with site personnel and customers.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Standing and/or walking for approximately 4-8 hours daily.
• High organisational skills and attention to detail.
