- Collaboration on individual product development projects
- Support for realisation in all phases of the development process
- Collaboration on parts management and coordination of sample installations
- Coordination with suppliers, development, and production
- Support for creating board documents
- Involvement in capacity planning and planning figures
- Customer Consulting
- Support in the back office of customer consulting, showroom, and fleet
- Active involvement in customer consultations, workshops, and events
- Support for communication with importers, dealers, and end customers
- Close collaboration with internal departments and agencies
- Special Request Experience
- Support for organising customer appointments and events
- Design of individual customer experiences and customer areas
- Optimisation of processes along the entire customer journey
- Collaboration with internal company departments, markets, customer interfaces, and agencies

Requirements:
- Currently studying communications, business sciences, a technical subject, or a comparable course (at least in the 3rd semester or gap year between bachelor and master)
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
- Pronounced team and communication skills
- Fascination with the topic of automotive and individualisation
- Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Driving licence class B advantageous
- Very good German and English language skills (min. B2), additional foreign languages advantageous
