Description
As a Manufacturing Line Leader in our abattoir production team at Morrisons, you will oversee a small group of colleagues in a set area of our operation, driving standards in the team to ensure consistency of delivery.
You will provide the tools and training to help your colleagues understand key ways of working and relevant site processes.
Key parts of the role will include machinery operation and set up, batch control and labelling, audits and quality checks, and reporting on performance status of the production line.
You will be the kind of person who is able to support and educate colleagues, and build good working relationships with colleagues, peers and internal customers.
Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment is required.
