Description
Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team as a Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Brand Expert in various locations across the Coachella Valley, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Hesperia, La Quinta, and Apple Valley.
As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will be responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. You will drive business in-store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base. Your main duties will include:
- Driving sales and achieving daily and event sales goals, and sales per hour targets
- Creating brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge
- Hosting and leading corporate events within Sephora and Ulta
- Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example to promote the Tilbury Touch
- Training and educating beauty advisors within various retailers
- Maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards and ensuring the counter is customer-ready
- Assisting with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement
- Executing events and maintaining consistent communication with the brand field team
You will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents, as well as experience in beauty and retail.
