You'll be a resilient and confident brand ambassador who's ready to serve our customers and sell our latest fashion items.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll:
- Operate in a high-demand environment, rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in, no matter how busy the day gets
- Be digitally confident, utilising our digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience and accelerate the move to the new M&S
- Keep standards sky-high while balancing speed and accuracy, even when the pressure is on
- Contribute to a positive store environment where everyone moves with purpose and energy, supporting each other every step of the way
- Be flexible, adapting to where you're needed, when you're needed, always ready to meet the next challenge head-on
Hours of work: Thursdays: 15:30-22:00 Saturdays: 15:30-22:00
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
