Lead Care Professional

Honor Technology is seeking a Lead Care Professional to provide compassionate care to older adults in their homes. As a Lead Care Professional, you will be the first impression of our clients, building relationships with them and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional care to older adults in their homes
• Assist with personal care, mobility, transfers, companionship, meals, and daily routines
• Help with new client starts and transitioning clients to ongoing caregivers
• Review care plans and visit notes to understand client needs and preferences
• Provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to other caregivers
• Support clients with dementia care and end-of-life care needs
• Communicate professionally with clients, families, office staff, and caregivers

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional caregiving experience
• Active CNA, HHA, LPN, or RN credential preferred
• Open weekday availability and ability to rotate weekend on-call shifts
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 60 minutes to client homes
• Comfortable working in different home environments
• Ability to accept shifts on short notice
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
• Pass background check, drug screening, and required assessments
• Available for 60 hours per week for guaranteed 40 full-time hours
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Pay and Benefits:

• $20.00-$22.00/hour
