Customer Value Architect, EMEA

About the Role This is a Customer Value Architect role in EMEA, based in London, with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be a relationship-first advisor who connects customers' Mixpanel investment to real business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Connect Mixpanel to customer value
• Own the value workstream with customers, understanding their business challenges and ensuring they achieve ROI
• Build and own relationships across business and technical stakeholders
• Develop and execute success plans that map customer business objectives to adoption milestones and measurable outcomes
• Perform ongoing discovery of the customer's business priorities and pain points
• Operate in lockstep with the AE and renewal team
• Lead customer enablement sessions and proactively monitor product usage and health signals
• Drive customer adoption and identify underutilized features and contracted capabilities
• Triage customer product requests and issues
• Own the AI conversation and assess a customer's AI maturity
• Fluently use Mixpanel's own AI surface
• Be the voice of the customer to cross-functional partners
• Contribute to team playbooks and best practices

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Experience in Customer Success, management consulting, or a related field
• A track record of managing relationships at every level and influencing decisions at the C-suite level
• The ability to translate technical concepts into business terms
• Demonstrated ability to drive platform adoption and connect product usage to customer business outcomes
• Experience building and executing strategic value and adoption plans
• Hands-on experience with agentic or AI-native tooling
