Junior Web Project Manager

Corsair is seeking a Junior Web Project Manager to oversee fast-paced web project activities and deliverables. The successful candidate will have experience with end-to-end website building and maintenance, campaign project management, and digital marketing principles.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business objectives, assess and manage risks, and balance business needs against technical constraints.
• Manage project timelines, plans, and deliverables across web and campaigns, collaborating with internal design teams and external agencies.
• Maintain project trackers, status reports, and documentation using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of project management experience in a marketing organization.
• Proven experience working on web and marketing campaign projects.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile) and creative asset development lifecycle.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira) and AI for project management.
• Strong skills in creating and maintaining web project plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office 365 and other desktop and cloud-based applications.
• Comfort with spreadsheet formulas (Excel, Smartsheet, Google Sheets).
• Proficiency in managing MS Teams and SharePoint sites.
• Knowledge of esports, PC gaming, and PC building is a plus.

Annual Salary Range: $75,000,$90,000 USD
