As a Product Manager, Multi-Cloud Trust & Safety, you will own how Anthropic's model safeguards, fraud defenses, and compliance posture show up on every cloud.

Responsibilities

Model Safety Across Clouds

  • Develop and implement a multi-cloud strategy and roadmap for safeguards, including data retention, automated review, human review, and enforcement.
  • Design product experiences and operations paths for managing eligibility criteria, verification paths, and controls for higher-trust organizations.
  • Establish threat-intelligence sharing with AWS, Google, and Microsoft to detect and act on misuse consistently.
  • Drive transparency commitments to customers and partners on data access, review, and enforcement.

Fraud & Abuse

  • Own fraud and abuse defenses for partner-sold offerings, including bot and mass-registration abuse, pre- and post-sale risk controls, and chargebacks.
  • Define fraud signals exchanged with each cloud partner and turn them into product requirements.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Engage with enterprise security, risk, and compliance leaders to understand their requirements and prioritize roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Anthropic's trust & safety, security, and compliance teams at AWS, Google, and Microsoft.
  • Work with various teams to ship a coherent set of controls across three clouds.
  • Support enterprise evaluations with sales and partnerships.
  • Position safeguards externally with marketing and partner teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience.
  • 5+ years of product experience in platform product roles on high-scale, enterprise- or developer-facing software.
  • High autonomy in ambiguous environments with a track record of execution across teams.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Fluency in policy nuance and systems detail.

Preferred Requirements

  • Prior product experience in trust & safety, security, privacy, or compliance.
  • Experience with hyperscalers as partners.
  • Owned a top-line revenue target with counter-risk outcomes.
  • Direct experience on trust & safety, fraud, or security product teams at AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Background in AI safety, content moderation, or abuse-detection systems.
  • Designed incident-response or escalation processes spanning multiple companies.

  • Annual salary: $305,000 - $385,000 USD.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Location-based hybrid policy: 25% office time.
  • Visa sponsorship available.
