Above & Beyond Therapy is expanding into new areas and seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. Our BCBAs work with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities, providing high-quality care through center-based, home-based, and school-based services. You will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to ensure they understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Designing treatment plans of care
- Supervising and monitoring the progress of behavior technicians
- Developing positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans
- Providing support during family conversations
- Graphing data and adjusting strategies as needed
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA Certificate
- Experience working with children and teens with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments
