Description
We are seeking a Systems Administrator Expert to provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of information technology (IT) systems. The successful candidate will manage IT system infrastructure and processes, provide day-to-day operations support, monitoring, and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and other IT systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
- Configure and manage UNIX, Linux, and Windows operating systems, and install/load operating system software, troubleshoot, maintain integrity, and configure network components.
- Implement IAVA security patches and ensure patch status is recorded in appropriate systems of record.
- Provide support for escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning.
- Provide in-depth experience in trouble-shooting IT systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex problems associated with server hardware, applications, and software integration.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.
- US citizenship required.
- ITIL 4 platform certification required.
- 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
- 2+ years of experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications.

The likely salary range for this position is $148,032 - $200,277.
