Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Program Manager to lead internal projects and ensure they meet scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, develop and rollout supply chain processes, and drive overall performance improvement of Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal projects, including scope definition, planning, controlling, and managing
- Develop and rollout supply chain processes related to New Product Introduction and Product Lifecycle Management
- Identify and lead cross-functional team members to identify, communicate, and mitigate issues and risks
- Manage project teams, including internal and external resources, and mentor team members
- Communicate requirements and proactively supervise progress, reporting project status and issues to internal partners, management, and extended team
Knowledge and Skills:
- In-depth understanding of NPI process, phase gates, and Product Lifecycle Management
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, interdependencies, priorities, risk, and change management
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years in project management roles or in like roles/businesses
