Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our Inpatient team at Aurora St Luke's Medical Center. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in the rehabilitation of patients, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Interpreting physician referrals and completing evaluations using appropriate methods
• Establishing and implementing individual treatment plans based on evaluation results and functional goals
• Monitoring and evaluating patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with stakeholders to achieve optimum patient care
• Completing required documentation and maintaining accurate records
• Participating in performance improvement activities and pursuing professional growth

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in an inpatient setting
