Bancassurance Associate

Prudential is seeking a Bancassurance Associate to work in Myanmar. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling insurance products at bank branches, maintaining relationships with bank staff and customers, and generating life insurance leads.

Responsibilities:

• Close sales leads from walk-in customers and branch referrals
• Support branch managers to drive life insurance business
• Educate bank staff about life insurance products
• Provide sales data to branch managers
• Collaborate with bank sales and service teams to address customer queries and service claims
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Participate in joint promotional activities with the bank and insurance company

Requirements:

• Any graduate degree in Business, Economics, or Banking
• At least 2 years of experience in sales in a bank, insurance company, or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and bank staff
