Description
We are seeking a Regional Director - Transportation and Infrastructure to lead our team in the Côte-Nord region of Quebec, Canada.
As a strategic leader, you will drive growth and development of our transportation and infrastructure business in the region, building strong relationships with clients and partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market development strategies for transportation and infrastructure in the region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Lead and mobilize multidisciplinary teams towards a common vision
- Structure and maintain integrated transportation and infrastructure offerings adapted to regional realities
- Ensure operational performance of regional offices in terms of quality, schedule, and profitability
- Supervise large-scale projects with a concrete impact on local communities
- Build, mentor, and develop a solid and engaged local team
- Contribute to WSP's strategic positioning and sustainable growth in the territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Construction, or related discipline)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including management responsibilities
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Strong understanding of the local market (an asset)
- Confirmed success in business development and strategic client management
- Mobilizing leadership and influence in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills

Salary range: $111,000 - $147,400 per year
