Senior Product Manager, Auth0 AI and Identity Products (Auth0)

As a Senior Product Manager, Auth0 AI and Identity Products at Auth0, an Okta company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of identity and AI.

Auth0's mission is to secure the world's identities so innovators can innovate. You will be responsible for defining and executing the identity and AI product strategy, specifically focusing on secure identity solutions, including Auth0 for AI Agents.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and executing the identity and AI product strategy

• Being an owner and builder, bringing a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset to define, prototype, and launch new identity features for AI applications

• Collaborating and influencing without authority, serving as the core product owner and direct collaborator for engineering, design, and security teams

• Engaging directly with developers and customers to gather feedback and validate product needs

• Strategizing and implementing emerging standards in identity and AI

• Driving cross-functional go-to-market support

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of senior product management experience, with a significant focus on B2B SaaS and developer-facing products

• Deep technical acumen and hands-on identity credibility, with strong understanding of identity protocols like OIDC, SAML, and AI protocols

• Agentic AI developer credibility, with the ability to write code, work directly with APIs/SDKs, and build prototypes

• Proven '0-to-1' and feature launch experience, with a strong bias for execution and rapid prototyping

• Exceptional product instincts, with the ability to deeply understand developer pain points, security requirements, and identity friction

• Growth mindset with technical depth, comfortable diving into technical API specifications, data schemas, and identity standards

• Collaboration and influence without authority, driving alignment and leading through influence in a highly cross-functional organization

• Excellent communication skills, consistently demonstrating an understanding of their audience when communicating

• Passion for AI and identity, with a genuine enthusiasm for the potential of AI and a deep, demonstrable interest in the future of secure identity for users
