Joker Hospitality is seeking a technician for its two Parisian hotels (Ibis Place d'Italie and Ibis Styles Place d'Italie Butte aux Cailles).
Reporting to the Site Director, the technician ensures the proper functioning of equipment, building maintenance, and hotel facilities. They provide support to customers and various hotel departments on technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage building and equipment maintenance (prevention, repairs, and other tasks)
- Monitor work, maintenance contracts, and service providers
- Liaise with service providers
- Ensure timely follow-up of interventions and services
- Maintain safety standards
- Ensure the hotel's technical functionality (maintenance of production and distribution equipment, monitoring and optimising water and energy consumption)
- Follow regulatory methods, procedures, and tools for hygiene, fire safety, and labour legislation
- Adhere to Ibis family policies and standards
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in building maintenance is an asset
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Autonomous and highly organised, with attention to detail and a focus on precision
- Client satisfaction-oriented with excellent relationships with colleagues and customers
- Communicative, team-spirited, and dynamic
