We are seeking a Multi-Media Marketing Manager to oversee a team of multi-media marketing personnel and ensure they adhere to operational guidelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Supervising team members to implement sales processes, assess risk points, and coordinate sales disputes
• Conducting regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and performance targets
• Allocating client resources according to company policies and tracking business activity and performance
• Fostering teamwork to achieve annual goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and managing team performance targets
• Recruiting and retaining VFA personnel
• Controlling VFA sales quality
• Guiding VFA sales techniques and processes
• Managing attendance and activity levels

Requirements:

• University degree or above, with qualifications as a life insurance agent and investment or foreign currency policy sales qualifications
• At least two years of experience in selling financial products
• At least two years of face-to-face sales experience
• At least three years of experience in related business management in the financial insurance industry
