We're looking for a Claims Analyst to support assigned channels by providing full claims support advisory.

Responsibilities:

Process and decide on claim settlements and approve within authority limit
Ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
Work closely with brokers, corporate clients, and OSS on claims matters, enquiries, and complaints
Liaise with healthcare providers and TPAs
Present to brokers and corporate clients on claim processes
Track operational statistics for Claims reporting
Handle exceptional claims escalated issues and appeals
Perform claims audits and reviews as assigned
Carry out tasks assigned by the Team Lead and Head of Claims
Manage and respond to escalation cases and requests from OSS Contact Centre, Claims, PMM team, Brokers, Direct clients, and internal sections
Perform claims data analysis to monitor results and identify gaps or trends as part of Pro-Active Claims Management
Plan and execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) test scenarios for digital projects and system enhancements
Support other enhancements and internal and external projects as assigned

Requirements:

Degree holder in Business or a related discipline preferred
At least 3 years of experience in Employee Benefits Claims, Medical Claims, or Third-Party Administration management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in digitalization and operational systems efficiency
Good verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, highly organized, able to work independently, and goal-oriented
Experience in data analysis is an added advantage
