Lobby Attendant - Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

We are currently hiring for a Lobby Attendant. This position is responsible for cleaning guestrooms to B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group quality standards. Assists guests by providing friendly, courteous and professional service, including adherence to health regulations.

At the Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport hotel, enjoy all-suite hotel accommodations in Herndon, VA, less than 3 miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. This all-suite hotel is only 25 miles west of Washington, D.C. and within close proximity to several popular tourist sites and global businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Cleaning guestrooms to high standards
• Providing friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Assisting with laundry procedures
• Responding to guest requests in a positive and timely manner

Required Skills and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred
• Attention to detail, customer focused, and ability to perform job duties in a repetitious and fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds on a consistent basis throughout shift
• Significant bending required
