Description
This role is within the WMR Content Operations team, which produces benchmark rates for Spot, Forward and NDF rates at fixed points throughout the global day. The Content Operations Specialist will be responsible for validating data in an accurate and timely manner, using knowledge of tools and financial markets.
Responsibilities and key accountabilities include:
- Validating data using approved sources and making valuable contributions to the data
- Performing data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output during research projects
- Participating in the development of new business proposals and assisting on other ongoing project work
- Demonstrating specific market/language skills to deliver on customer/business requirements
- Leading in the resolution of client cases by fixing data integrity, missing data and other similar issues
- Collaborating with internal teams and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data
- Supporting specific complex projects assigned and meeting or exceeding targets defined
- Supporting the implementation of process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience
The team operates on a hybrid working basis, with a minimum of three days in the office each week, and two at home. Working hours are on a 'shift' basis, 6.30am to 2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10.30pm and 10.30pm to 6.30am. This vacancy is for the 'night shift', approximately 10.30pm to 6.30am, on a Sunday night to Friday morning basis.
The successful candidate will have strong numeracy and literacy skills, be able to understand and interpret complex market information, and have a high regard for accuracy. They will be able to multitask, producing accurate work under pressure of time, and be effective at decision making, including when faced with partial information.
